John-M Tulloch is an established building company based in the Shetland Isles. Since completing his City & Guilds advanced craft qualification in 1992 Mr Tulloch has worked extremely hard to put his qualifications and skills to good use and has gained a vast range of experience, building an ever strengthening business from the ground up.

Becoming self employed in 1997, his portfolio now includes a variety of private and commercial contracts both large and small. Many of his customers have employed John-M time and time again, as they have learned of his reliability and high standards of workmanship. He is renowned for his precision and attention to detail.

John-M Tulloch is currently building Shetland’s most northerly and exposed ICF home, which is situated at Cullister, Sandwick, in Shetland. It is a unique and innovative design combining modern and stylish tastes, whilst creating a warm and homely atmosphere inside.

Though many products have been used to construct this eco friendly and energy efficient home, the basic structure is built using Beco WALLFORM. John-M is the sole distributor and approved contractor on the Shetland Isles for this building system; the Building Services page explains more about this Modern Method of Construction (MMC).
