Current Weather on Shetland
The station is set-up on John-M's house, and combines a rain collector, temperature and humidity sensors, and an anemometer. For improved accuracy, temperature and humidity sensors are housed inside radiation shields. The shield protects against solar radiation and other sources of radiated and reflected heat. The image opposite shows the last recorded wind direction. |
